梁静茹专辑卖得好，新歌MV一支一支拍，日前拍摄第三波主打歌「失忆」MV，这首周杰伦写的歌，还是梁静茹亲自邀的，周杰伦大爆「失忆」是看到梁静茹和玛莎的緋闻有感而写的，梁静茹则说，她唱来比较像是周杰伦的感情事！
梁静茹在今年年初香港颁奖礼时向周杰伦邀歌。周杰伦很早就把「失忆」交到梁静茹手上，周董不仅作曲，歌词都一併交出来，在交歌时还表示：「从报上看来的静茹的緋闻给了很多灵感！」而大家在看过这个隐约影射静茹和五月天玛莎緋闻的歌词之后都会心一笑。唱片公司也找来玛莎出任这首歌的製作人。梁静茹笑称，歌曲内容其实比较像周杰伦自己的感情故事。她开玩笑的表示：「周董很厉害，但是也真的很贼。」
周杰伦说：「很多歌手唱我的歌曲都有我的影子的存在，但是静茹没有，她是『非JAY式却超JAY式情歌』很有自己的味道！」而製作人玛莎表示：「这首歌製作上最大的挑战就是，怎麼样不让梁静茹被周杰伦吃掉！我很高兴静茹把这首歌唱成梁静茹自己的歌，而不只是周杰伦的很多歌之一而已! 」
